Refund policy for a Site and Corporate licenses
IMPORTANT: Please, download our trial software and make sure it is working on your web site.
Refunds for those license types available within 15 days from the date of original purchase. Don't want to use our product - just ask.
Take a note that all refunds are subject to administrative fees:
- Setup fee is non-refundable.
- Annual subscription refunds are subject to administrative fee of 15% from the initial order amount.
Refund policy for SaaS licenses
SaaS license refunds are available within 15 days from the date of original purchase and they are subject to the 20% administrative fee. Setup fee is non-refundable as well.
Refund policy for Developer licenses
We could not provide a refund for Developer licenses as they are coming in a form of full source code.
